RISE Montana represents a transformative approach to supporting individuals transitioning from correctional facilities military services State hospitals and long-term treatment back into their communities through our support specialist model we emphasize recovery oriented person-centered support the honors individual dignity and live experience while promoting successful community and immigration with empowerment
